Saturday 3.00 to 5.30

Sunday 10 to 12

Monday 6.30 to 8

We welcome all swimmers with a reasonable standard of swimming skills: All we ask is that you can swim 25 metres front crawl, breast stroke, back crawl,   are confident to jump into deep water, and have  bags of enthusiasm.

Minimum age 7years.
