In a foolish moment of madness I have entered myself in the 'Grand Vets' solo category for this event which takes place this coming Sunday. I am told the courses are normally very good, I certainly hope so if I am to be riding around it for 12 hours. Not expecting that much and haven't done a mtb event for ages, just have to remember to take the percy pigs which were a godsend last time I did a 12 hour solo.

There is also a Dorking Cocks/Team Milo team of 4 competing, so good luck to them, its quite a strong team so they should hopefully do quite well
