Well what a day that turned out to be. I arrived not really wanting to be there and left with arms full of prizes from finnishing on the podium.

For only the 2nd time ever and once again in a mixed team we managed to get on the podium, last time was a 3rd place at Dusk to Dawn and this time we equalled it with another 3rd place at the Brighton Big Dog

Simon, Stephania and myself entered at the last minute as 'Dorking Cocks and a Chick', we rode the laps in that order, 3 laps each with Steph putting in a final 10th lap for us.

Antony was in the Solo Vet Male as Team Milo and did really well coming 7th out of 50 I think.

We also had 3 teams in the male pairs category who all suffered badly in one way or another what with broken bikes, buckled wheels, crashing into wasps nests, taking wrong turns to miss part of the course etc a whole catelogue of errors but I think they managed to finish something like 36th, 37th and 82nd out of the 85 pairs who started.
