Well what a washout this summer has been, rain rain and more rain has made any kind of long term planning rather tricky. Surprisingly thou I have managed to do more miles than ever before. The daily 5 mile round trip to the Station and back for work has certainly helped boost the mileage - its not a lot on a daily basis but soon racks up over a few weeks to 100 or so extra miles a month. Plenty of riding at weekends and in the evenings too although I have slackened off on the Wednesday rides this past couple of months, something I really want to put right for the rest of the year. Some of the Cocks have also been racing - George, Simon, Antony & Kiwi Mike were all at the Brighton Big Dog. Ray has done the Trans Alps and Jo the BC Bike Race. We should have a team at the Gorrick 12;12 and hopefully some people racing at Dusk to Dawn
