Last Saturday (26th June) Antony completed the SDW Double in 23 hours. He set off from Eastbourne on Friday evening and despite the very hot weather still managed to make it all the way to Winchester and back inside of 24hours and becomes, I believe, only the 10th person to complete this challange so very well done to him and lets hope he's raised plenty of money for charity in the process.

For those who don't know, that's about 200 off road miles and 18,000 feet of climbing in a day, thats going some.
