Just like to say a thankyou to Colin, Matt, Dave and the rest of the Muddy Moles for a enjoyable ride last Sunday. I think I managed about 35 miles by the time I limped home in singlespeed mode from the Plough.

It was funny sat there having a beer with George and seeing 1st  Andy turn up looking for the rest of you and then Dave looking for Andy then finally the other chap who lives in Dorking and name I didn't get who went back with George via Redlands I think.

Top ride, good company and a decent route, would like to have made the remainder of the ride at least as far as Westcott but alas my bike was well beyond that with two broken spokes, snapped hanger and knackered rech mech. Still managed another 16 miler last night and a pint of Tallywhacker at the Plough with George, thank god the spare bike is working.
