I think I said below how I was looking forward to a great start to 2010 with plenty of biking. Sadly its turned out to be far from that, its not only the weather that has been hampering this desire but  more so than that a virus that I picked up. 

This has laid me very low, has seen me off work for a couple of days and feeling rubbish for the past two weeks with the ability to go mountian biking put way beyond me. Still, the worst seems to be over now and hopefully a couple of short night rides will happen in the next few days.
