Welcome to Grassroots Sports Coaching

Grassroots offers a range of sports coaching programmes for boys and girls from 3 - 16 years of age throughout the north of Scotland. All coaching programmes follow the Long Term Athlete Development model principles, and are designed to suit the development stage of each group.

All our programmes incorporate the values, purposes and principles set out in the Curriculum for Excellence; where our coaching staff adopt a child centred approach to encourage and foster:
