Last night at our AGM, we approved a proposal to apply for charitable status as a Scottish Charitable Incorporated Organisation (SCIO)! We will hopefully hear the result of our application within the next 3 months.

2015-16 has been a highly successful year with a financial result that is significantly better than budgeted. Click this link for a slideshow of the Manager's Report presented at the AGM.

We also approved a proposal to continue our new structure with district representatives empowered to make policy decisions as part of a Stargey Circle that also includes extrernal experts. We are currently looking for more external experts to join this "board" and help us develop our organisation.

Finally, we approved our accounts for 2015-16 and a budget for 2016-17. The budget includes just one small price increase (full members hourly rates up to 60p), and consolidates our status as a community car club that is able to sustain itself through income form our services.
