Mondiale Training and Consultancy CIC are a not-for-profit organisation offering customer service and disability awareness training for tourism, leisure and hospitility industry staff.

We have an extensive background in these industries and we understand that exemplary customer service is the key to success. 

Mondiale Training & Consultancy CIC offer open training sessions in various locations throughout the North West of England (please see the news page for details of forthcoming events). 

Alternatively, for your convenience, we can come to your premises.  Training courses can be tailor made to suit your individual circumstances.
