The purpose of my website is to help raise awareness and understanding of physical disabilities and to bring people together.

I would like to use my own experiences to challenge peoples pre-conceptions regarding physical disabilities and for this site to act as a hub for discussing issues and sharing advice.

Along with all of this, there will be useful links to other sites and information regarding current news and events.
