FAIRY POOLS GRANT FUND
The Minginish Hall Community Association is delighted to announce the launch of an ongoing grant fund that is now open to individuals and organisations within the Minginish area.
Drawn from funds generated by the Fairy Pools car-park, grants will be awarded for such local organisations as sports teams, clubs and societies and also to support education needs, environmental projects, small business start-ups and any Minginish resident suffering extreme financial hardship.
The maximum grant available will be £7,500, with the majority of awards likely to be between £250 and £2,000.
Grants will be open to anyone resident permanently in the Minginish area and the MHCA will consider applications twice a year - those submitted by 31 March at the April MCHA board meeting and then again by 30 September at the October board meeting. In exceptional circumstances, applications can also be submitted immediately and directly to any MCHA director.
