It is not our intention to offend anyone but to look at the British way of life as it was years ago, particularly in the 1950-70's.
We aim to show how times have changed, and in some ways not for the better.
Material is gathered from the public domain and is shown without prejudice to any section of society. In other words, it shows the time when how we enjoyed life to the full and without the fear of offending anyone like we do today.
We believe that the TV programmes highlighted would not be broadcast today. The content is harmless and is full of fun - but it seems that political correctness dictates what we are allowed to view. We hope that this website fills a little gap in our lives - and at the same time shows up those who decide on what we see and should, or rather, should not, say.
