I have been resident on the island for more than 20 years.

As a property owner I am permanently resident on Mallorca and available for boat and/or villa management contracts - long-term or one off inspections. All ports and marinas covered.

English speaking and fluent in Spanish with excellant local contacts in the property and boating fields.

Licenced skipper (RYA) with good references and experience.

Able to carry out assignments anywhere on the island from crew recruitment to major renovations.
