Hercules Linton the designer of the famous clipper the Cutty Sark, was born, lived and died in Inverbervie, and is buried in the Old Kirkyard.
These songs were recorded in June 2014 by P4 pupils of Bervie School, Inverbervie and Dave Ramsay, then of the Maggie Law Maritime Museum, as a tribute to Hercules Linton , the Cutty Sark and to Inverbervie.
The recording is part of a project sponsored by the Maggie Law Maritime Museum, to promote awareness of the life and achievements of Hercules Linton.
