Lower Lodge Park at Armitage, Staffordshire is a residential Mobile Home Park with 145 mobile homes occupied mostly by retired and semi-retired residents.
The park has a residents association with a 100% membership on the park and an excellent working relationship with the owners Louise and Paul Smith, which gives the residents the benefit of everyone working together in their interests.
It provides a safe enjoyable environment with a resident always having help close at hand should it be needed, the association providing an opportunity to attend events they organise and trips to the country and seaside.
This web site is for the residents to keep abreast of what is happening not only on the park but in the area as a whole along with articles of the events that take place during the year, it also provides the owners with the facility to promote the park to potential residents and keep everyone informed of what the management is attempting to achieve.
