As you will see from the poster, I am seeing myself as a global citizen, creating a culture of inquiry for mentoring others to create their own living-educational-theories. I am uncertain that the language of 'mentor' accurately describes what I do. Mentor is often associated with one's job, as in being a mentor for a younger worker. My vision of mentoring is walking alongside the practitioner-researcher having 'loving educational conversations'.
