Welcome to L and M Fitness.

My name is Mark, I have spent over 20 years training in one form or another, i have competed at International and National level in Cycle racing, i have competed in Motorcycle Racing, and doing Cover Model photography and male Physique Bodybuilding.

I am a member of the National Body Building Association, and i train Firefighters in health and strength as well as endurance.

I started doing modelling at 17 years old, both in photo shoots and catwalk.

Throughout all this i had to learn about how to stay supple fit, strength fit, cardio fit and healthy fit.

This comes from understanding the basics of weight management, strength and cardio building and fat loss. Once the basics have been understood, one can take this to a higher level and get to learn more about how our body uses the food and drink to enable us to gain the goals we want.

Sports Coaching (Physical Education)

Human Health

So this is where L and M Fitness come in, i started this to help those wishing to make either small or big changes in their life.

you are your product. It’s not your qualification that will make you successful but how you are trained and how you feel that is the key.
