For one week in August, the villages of Ardgay, Bonar Bridge, Invershin and Rosehall play host to our annual Gala Week.

Packed full of fun events for young and old, the Gala is presided over by the Salmon Queen & King (this year), locals are able to nomiate who they want to be King & Queen - this will be announced at the Queen Dance in May.  They will be helped by our very friendly Gala Bunny, who brightens up our fundraising events throughout the year.

Each year, the Gala holds a wide range of enjoyable competitions including the Kyle Raft Race, an adults' fancy-dress wheelbarrow race, children's sports, pub quiz and treasure hunts, as well as flower and veg show, pet show, family bingo, ceramics painting, mountain bike day, canoeing and much, much more! 

The committee work hard throughout the year to make sure that each gala is better than ever.  We are always looking out for enthusiastic people to join our merry band.
