Kirkhill 1-5 Beaufort Hotel

Kirkhill have bowed out of the division 2 cup after a home defeat by Beaufort Hotel. Beaufort taking the lead in the first half before KIrkhill Equalised through Martin Montgomery.

Kirkhill again fell behind and then conceded a third, Then a hugely controversial 2 minutes as Kirkhill were firstly dissallowed a perfectly onside goal as Martin Montgomery ran in to strike home a cross from veteran substitute Grantys ball Stewart, Then seconds later the referee awarded Beaufort a penalty which had even the  whole of the Beaufort team, the watching public, the rather drunk Douglas Laird fan club (yes you Derek Maclean) and any cats and dogs watching. Well all were simply baffled. Beaufort though were not complaining and they scored this spot kick and then added another goal towards the end.
