The annual Easter Egg Hunt on Saturday 3 April proved a big success as in previous years.  The children were eagerly waiting at the hall door to go in and search for eggs in the ball pool, bouncy castle and high and low around the hall itself.  Everyone was happy after managingto find some big and small eggs and they were even happier emptying the balls from the ball pool to attack the hall committee!  The adults enjoyed relaxing with lots of tea and home baking in the small hall.  The raffle proved very popular with many people going home with lovely prizes, most of which were donated by committee members and generous locals.  The easter bonnet competition was very difficult but in the end we picked 2 winners from each of the 3 age groups and they all went home with lovely big easter eggs.  Around £120 was raised for hall funds so thank you to everyone who came along and helped make it a great day.
