David Walsh clinic

          It was our happy privilege to have five time world champion David Walsh host a clinic for Kichi club August 20. Wow! What a guy! 

       Not only does this guy have a great sense of humor, but he is a confident, gentle, and very effective horse trainer. In fact, we were all so pleased with what we had learned, we stayed for several hours after the clinic, just talking about how much he had helped us.

     David is shown here lunging Joaquin de Spanish, who is to say the least, quite stubborn, just ask anyone who knows him! David took the time to help each one of us with our horses, but what was so remarkable was that we were then able to take our horse and do the same thing ourself.  No fancy tricks or mystery equipment, just good solid horse sense.
