A big surge on the number of hits on the Gram-r-fone website was solved today when Alan Ashton revealed that he had sent a humorous message to the players in his email address book - in the subject line he wrote:-

 "WORTH A LOOK EVEN IF YOU'RE NOT FEATURED".

Then in the message part of the email he added:

 Mind you ...it's just as well you're not because all the artists are dead!

The foregoing is typical of Alan's humour, which was well received by everyone - including Tony Fenelon from down under.

All the players on Alan's Gram-r-fone website are from the past when a seat in the cinema cost less than half a crown.
