Organfax Radio
Why do I always have to alter my default cookie settings on my Apple-Mac laptop before I can listen to the monthly Organfax Radio programme?
I can listen to Organ1st radio with Alan Ashton with no problem on my default settings.
Surely there is something not right somewhere?

Sorry - this is something only Organfax can answer. By the way, you are not alone, we have to do the same thing.

Brett Wales in USA
What happened to Brett Wales in the USA highlights the fact that Americans are living in fear. Today's date - the date that this message is written, speaks for itself. It is the 10th anniversary of the twin towers attack.
Venting this fear by acting as they did towards Brett, has given him the opportunity to get some mileage out of it.
Brett could justify an appearance on a UK chat show to relate his experience and show his keyboard skills at the same time.
Out of something bad there could be something good. It is up to Brett to benefit from the American fear.

The writer of this letter is obviously referring to what happened in the USA on 11th September that not only shocked America, it shocked the world.
All we wish to say is that we have had many letters about what happened to Brett Wales. As they are all in the same vein we have decided that the ones printed more than cover the issue.

Song for Brett
After reading the report on your news page, and looking at the more humorous side of the story, perhaps Brett Wales will include 'Jail House Rock' in his next album - if he has not already done it.
If, by chance, this is played on any programme (stage or radio) as a tribute to Brett, I am sure that he will be the first to have a good laugh - the sport that he is.

I'm am indeed very tempted to play a 'request' for Brett, after all I need to settle a score ( if you'll pardon the pun! ) when he had a go at my
age last year! If I do, it will be something a little more subtle than Jailhouse Rock!!

Brett Wales
I was absolutely appalled to read on your news page the way Brett Wales says was treated in the USA.
If it were me, I would not leave the matter rest there.
Even although Brett admits it was an error on his part, there was no need to treat him that way.
The story should be highlighted on the media to show the other side of the Americans who are known for saying: "Have a nice day."

Fully agree. Maybe Brett should get Max Clifford on the case. For certain there have been some American organists - I can think of two, who have come unstuck with paperwork when they have arrived on our shores, but I never heard anything about them being slung in jail, minus priviliges etc. My guess is they would have been treated in a decent and humane way, most likely in an airport holding area, and then put on the next flight back home.

Quiz Page
Your latest news item: 'What's the name of this player's father?' was most interesting, which makes me suggest you having a Quiz Page along those lines.
Such a page, with regularly posed questions, would increase the entertainment value of what is an already delightful website.
