Mole hills are very unsightly for gardeners and can cause costly damage for farmers. A mole hill can be flattened everyday but if the mole is still active below the ground then doubtlessly another mole hill will re-appear!

The tunnels and burrows are collapsed by generating a small explosion underground. This sends a shock wave along the tunnel collapsing everything. There is no damage above the ground so warrens in hedgerows can be collapsed without risk of walls etc collapsing.
