HOW IT WORKS
1. Get a price:
Request a free quote using the 'ENQUIRIES' form at the top of the page.

2. Pay by PayPal:
If you are happy with the quote, we will send you an invoice which you can simply pay online using paypal or credit / debit card.
3. Send your device for repair:
Pack in protective packaging (Jiffy bag etc or original box).
Send To: JPs Tech Repairs, 22 Forster Street, Gainsborough, DN21 2LL
Include a copy of the invoice or a note of your requirements, postal address and email address in the package. We will also require any screen lock code to enable us to test your phone fully.
We recommend using a tracked, insured service such as RoyalMail Special Delivery.
4. Get it back:
We aim to have your device repaired, tested and back in the post 48 hours after we recieve it. Insured, Guaranteed next day delivery is included in the price quoted.
If for any reason we are unable to repair you device we will return it to you with no fee for our services, we will refund your payment after deducting the cost of return postage, we will keep you informed by email at every stage of the process.
All items below are covered by a 3 month warranty
