I love travelling....... so this is my first attempt at putting into writing some of my scribbles, anecdotes, pictures and quite honestly, ramblings about my adventures overseas.

 

I'm not intending to provide comprehensive travel advice - just impart some idea of the people I meet and the un-expected happenings that make travelling as individual to each person as it is. I don't give flight advice or reviews, although you can ask me for them - I just (try) and do little stories that hopefully make you smile.

 

I've got a particular interest in food, and as well as enjoying tales involving people, I love meeting local Mummas and learning their local recipes and favourites. I say learn them - I like to write them down and then make a mess in the kitchen when I get home trying to re-create them, have a look at some of my favourites.

 

A couple of my most recent highlights have been a trip through India with a friend on two Royal Enfields, and a cold top-down drive through Vermont and Canada in the fall. Please feel free to leave any feedback as I am learning my trade as a self-indulgent writer.
