To Hell and Back is the story of Helen waters, who is enviable by all outward appearances, luxurious home in London, expensive cars, designer clothes, a loving daughter named Louise and a husband who seems to be sensitive and caring. But looks can deceive and as Mark pulls the curtain, he pulls Helen close, to close. His paranoid delusions fuel outrages fits of violence and when Helen realizes that she is being quickly swept away in a progressively rising torrent of brutality with no-relief in sight, it becomes apparent that she is going to lose more than her dignity and self-respect. She’s going to lose her life if she doesn’t escape.
