It is usually the late May Bank Holiday Sunday - full info in the latest forum threads or on 'Our 2020 Event' page
- Does it cost anything to sign up for?
It costs just £5 sign up for and attend, however this does include free entry in the prize draw, guaranteed inclusion in award voting (your Jaguar needs to be onsite for this), and the option to enter the free Christmas competition. Denbies do charge for food and drink on the day, however we have a 10% discount in place for attendees to help reduce the cost for you.
- How do I sign up for the event?
You just need to sent £5 via PayPal to JaguarForumsUK@solidlinux.co.uk including in the notes your name, Jaguar model/year, how many travelling, and your postal or email address to send your unique dashboard sheet to.
The dashboard sheet needs to be vsisible on the dashboard throughout the day of the event to ensure entry, and includes FREE entry into the Prize Draw on the day, & FREE inclusion in the award judging, and if you want to enter we even have a free Christmas competition every year where attendees can win a great Christmas Present for their Jaguar :-)

- Who can attend the event?
Our event is open to anyone who owns or drives a Jaguar - because of the layout of our event it is well suited for everyone from families through to diehard petrolheads. Whether your Jaguar is your school run daily runner or a restored classic that only comes out occasionally - you are equally welcome and equally in with a great chance at the class awards on the day.
- Does the event run for just the one day a year?
Yes and No.. the event itself is a one day event, however it has things going on through the entire year ranging from news updates, discounts, info about the previous and upcoming events, new features, even a Christmas competition that runs every Christmas.
This is all included in your £5 registration, so it is genuinely well worth keeping in touch with the event right through the year :-)
- Why is our event just £5?
We feel that our event should be available to anyone, irrespective of income or budget - putting attendees in touch with Jaguar orientated companies, forums, & clubs that we trust, giving you support, and a great day out. Most importantly great company and incredible Jaguars - all with a story to tell :-) We arrange discounts for attendees, talks by specialists, awards to celebrate Jaguars from all walks of life, and even competitions - all this is included in your £5 registration fee, to help you enjoy your Jaguar no matter what your income.
- Do I need to have a classic, or showroom quality Jaguar to be able to attend?
An emphatic No! :-) Our event welcomes Jaguars from any walk of life, so whether you have the latest showroom model, a cherished classic, a school run, or daily runner you are equally welcome.
We have specialist companies on site that cover almost every Jaguar need from dealership support, to paint and leather care, repairs, servicing, upgrades, alarms, DPF cleaning, and so much more all equally applicable whatever your Jaguar.
- What disabled access does the event have?
The event starting point has good access for disabled attendees, however our main venue, whilst it does have good disabled access for the buildings and services, may represent problems because the event itself is sited in a large grassed area. The grassed area is generally level and you can attain wheelchair access in and out but this does depend on the weather. If anyone is attending and would like to discuss disabled access/facilities please drop us a line using the Contact Us page.
