constitution

1)   The Committee will consist of a Chairman, Bus Convenor, Treasurer, Secretary and two Club members to be nominated.

2)   The Club will be a member of the Celtic F.C. Supporters' Association, therefore entitling us to be represented at Association meetings and allowing us an allocation of tickets for all home matches.

3)   Membership to the Club is open to all Celtic supporters and the yearly subscription will be set at:
Adult: £15
Junior (under 18's): £7.50
OAP: £7.50
This will include a £2 per year fee to the Supporters' Association (so that you can be registered for ticket allocations).

4)   To obtain our ticket allocation, requests must be put forward three weeks before games. In the event of the club receiving a smaller allocation than requested, tickets will be allocated by a Match Attendance system.

5)   Travel costs for home games will be:
Adults: £15
Juniors: £7.50
OAPs: £7.50
Non-members: £20

6)   All ticket and travel monies must be paid on or before date of travel.

7)   Bus departure times set out by the Bus Convenor must be adhered to at all times. Pick ups and drop offs will be made as long as they are on direct route.

8)   No alcohol is to be carried on Club buses at any time. The Committee reserves the rights to withdraw membership at any time from individuals not adhering to Club Regulations.

9)   This Club will be a non-profit making organisation. All surplus funds will be used to purchase extra seaon tickets and to keep travel costs as low as possible.

10)  All accounts will be audited in March of each year and presented at the A.G.M. which will be held in May each year.

11)  Members having an interest in the funds of the Club shall be eligible to examine the books and records of all financial transactions having given fourteen days' written notice of request.

12)  The Annual General Meeting shall be held in May each year. Two thirds of the Committee must be present to constitute a Quorum. An agenda will be prepared and issued to all members fourteen days before the A.G.M.

13) The Club shall not be disolved without the consent of two thirds of its members present at a meeting specifically convened for that purpose and only on the terms and conditions that the members may determine.
