Invergordon were represented at the National Finals in Ayr by the men's senior fours. The team were Eddie Benson, John Clarke, Sandy Adam and Hugh MacDougall. Jim Hosie who skipped the team to the finals was unable to continue as he underwent heart surgery prior to the finals.

The team had an excellent match in the first round which they won 18 - 16, with the game being decided on the final bowl thrown.

The team failed to repeat this in the second round where they were defeated by Polmuir.

Congratulations to them all for winning the District rounds and winning a game at the finals.
