The annual game between Milton and Invergordon for the above trophy took place tonight on the Milton Green with four rinks from each club doing battle.  The weather was perfect, although the midges began to appear towards the end, and we managed to play 12 ends.  The game was closely contested with Invergordon emerging victorious by 42 shots to 40. Since the game was reinstated this was the first time that the cup had not been won by the host club.

After the game we retired to the clubhouse where a dram and a welcome cup of tea were provided.
