The game for the above trophy took place to-day with six triples competing.  This was the fifth game since the resumption of the fixture after a gap of quite a few years.  In the four years since the resumption the results were two wins to Milton and two wins to Invergordon with the honours on each occasion going to the club on whose green the game was played.

This year was no exemption to this trend with Invergordon running our winners and having the honour of holding the cup for the next year.

After the game both sides sat down to a welcome cup of tea and the highest up teams on both sides were given a small prize to mark the occasion
