There has been an interfaith friendship group in Waverley, Guildford and Woking for more than 30 years

We are an informal group who have come together to mutually support one another in many different ventures over the years.  We also serve as a point of reference for groups looking for  someone of a particular Faith...

United Nations Day was observed in October for 30 years with a multi-faith programme and a keynote speaker, arranged by the local United Nations Association.  This Day is now incorporated into our One World Week activities

With the introduction of an Interfaith Week in November in 2009 it was decided to hold a similar event during that Week under the auspices of Guildford & Godalming InterFaith Forum, and this takes place at St. Nicolas Church Room.

World Religion Day is celebrated each January, arranged by local Bahá'ís.   World Mental Health Day and Human Rights Day are also sometimes observed by inter-faith meetings.

Additionally members support one another in personal and family initiatives, fund-raising and raising the profile of relevant causes.
