About Our Yarns

Our business is to create a range of beautiful and original hand knitted items which can't be bought in the shops. 

We are based in the upper reaches of the beautiful Clyde estuary on Scotland's West Coast, and this provides us with much of the inspiration for our designs. Our new collection for winter 2015 is aptly named “The Clyde Collection”, and we have used the river Clyde as a backdrop to many of our photographs. All of our designs are hand knitted with luxurious natural yarns, such as llama, alpaca and merino wool, cashmere and silk, which result in pieces which are sumptuously soft to the touch and practical to wear. The collection comprises a range of designs: from soft and very, very, warm wraps and delightful loop scarves, to elegant pieces knitted in delicate lace stitches.
