As a private landlord with many years experience behind me, I offer a polite, efficient and prompt service, with absolutely no admin fees at any time. I like to keep my properties in good order but if something goes wrong, such as a toilet not flushing correctly for example, then I will respond ASAP to get it put right as I like to keep my tenants happy. I am just a phone call or text away and I will aim to resolve any issues immediately.
