Welcome to paradise..... This cosy studio pool house has patio windows opening directly onto a large sunny, paved terrace and a beautiful, sparkling 10m x 5m swimming pool and this is set in 2 acres of tropical grounds that are solely for your use. The very private terraced gardens abound with olive, fig, orange, lemon, carob, almond, apricot and pomegranate trees and are set in a valley surrounded by mountains. If you are looking for the perfect, idyllic escape, then you have found it in this little hide away. In the huge gardens you will find numerous sunny or shady spots to relax, or enjoy a chilled beer or local wine. This isn't a family holiday venue, this is a beautiful holiday escape for couples.
The interior of the studio is small but well equipped with a comfy sofa bed, modern kitchen area and ensuite bathroom and all of the little extras that you need, such as a docking station for iPods, wifi, gas barbecue. The focus of this little gem is your outside living space which offers you everything you could need for your romantic escape with plenty of sun loungers, a comfy garden suite in the naya and numerous sets of tables and chairs. The property is situated a 15 minute stroll from the quaint village of Lliber where you will find narrow streets of well kept, traditional white, village houses, a village square with church, several friendly bars serving traditional Spanish food, a general store, chemist and even a bank and hairdressers (open on a part basis!).
This fertile area is known as the Jalon valley and is renowned for its delicious wines and fruit. Here, you will experience 'Real Spain' and yet you will be only 20 minutes drive from the charming coastal towns of Moraira, Javea and Calpe, with their sandy beaches and bustling shops. This area is perfect for those who want to escape and unwind and who enjoy walking, cycling or exploring mountain villages. Amazingly, in this unspoilt area, you will discover the very traditional Spanish restaurants serving a 3 course meal with our lovely, fruity local wine for just 7.50€! The fabulous climate in this part of Spain is perfect for the fiesta ethos that the Spanish embrace and almost every week there is a fiesta that celebrates something, from the wine and fruit crops, to picnics celebrating their dead relatives to the over the over throwing of the the Moors.
