South West Foundation (in partnership with the Esmee Fairbairn Foundation) has announced the second round of its small grant programme for charitable community groups offering services to people most in need in the South West Region. This programme is for grants up £1,000 and gives priority to small organisations with an annual income of less than £15,000 per annum who are working in the rural areas, coastal and market towns. The main focus of the programme is on organisations supporting any ‘marginalised’ group including people with mental health issues, physical disabilities, learning disabilities, on low incomes or from BME communities. Small organisations for the purposes of this fund are considered to be those organisations with an annual income of less than £15,000
