The Food Hygiene course was held on the 12th May at Forches Community Centre, Barnstaple.  12 people attended and spent the day learning about food hygiene delivered by our trainer Derek Robinson of Food Hygiene Training South West.  They then had to sit an exam in order to get their certificates.  HogCO is very proud to report that all 12 people passed the exam and now hold Food Hygiene level 2 certificates.
