We dont seem to be having much luck with the weather and our courses!! 

Freezing temperatures, gale force winds and an unheated polytunnel proved to be testing conditions for the 2nd of our Veggie Course Part 1. 

Our trainees proved to be up to the challenge and enjoyed a very informative day on growing vegetables, focussing on plot design, crop rotation and soils. 

The course was very kindly hosted by Devon Garden Services at their nursery in Whitestone.  HogCO would like to say a big thank you to Mark and Trudie, and see you next week!
