We currently run community projects involving young people in Westward Ho! and last summer we grew some vegies amongst the flowers, as well as rediscovering the crazy golf course on the site.

This year we want to

• increase our growing space,
• grow lots more veg that people who use the park can pick and eat, and
• start growing soft fruits.

HogCO will be helping us design the site and provide training on how to grow food.

Who we are

We aim to:

• provide life changing opportunities to enable young people (primarily, but not exclusively, living in isolated areas of rural Devon) to experience social interaction and to improve personal self-esteem. This will be by providing the skills to enable them to organise and co-ordinate their own public events and through other arts based activities.
