Excellent article by the campaign group, the Home Owners Alliance, which gives a brilliant overview of the land maintenance issues facing homeowners on new estates.  The article also introduces the grass-roots campaign group HomeOwners Network (HorNet).  We recommend strongly that every homeowner affected joins HorNet (which is free) and considers joining the Home Owners Alliance too.
