A public meeting was held in Armadale, West Lothian. The meeting attracted around 200 people and was attended by Alex Middleton, MD of Greenbelt Group Ltd.  Mr Middleton agreed to a six month freeze on payments for the estates affected, during which time he pledged that a range of remedial works would be carried out and standards would be improved.
