8 junior and senior competition squad swimmers took part in the Buckie Age Group Championships last weekend.
This was a tough age group meet, with the swimmers having done well to qualify to swim against some of the best age group swimmers in the area.
Elizabeth Mills (12) and Nula Langmuir (13) produced strong swims in their first experience of this level of meet.
Junior squad swimmers Angus Harrold (10) and Lauren Philip (10) were strong competitors in the age 10/11 age group with Angus taking the silver medal in the 100m butterfly and Lauren notching up impressive personal best times in 4 of her 5 events. 
Rebecca Smith (13) swam a personal best time in both her 100m free and 200m IM events, while Anna Harrold (13) took 12 seconds off her 200m breaststroke event.
Stephanie Macleod (15) managed 4 top 5 finishes over the course of the meet, while her Highland Swim Team National Squad team mate Alex Philip (13) had 5 top 5 finishes, including the gold medal in the 200m butterfly.
