My name is Andy Shepherd and I'm a qualified complimentary therapist and I'm please  to offer you a range of Holistic Therapies and Products.

I believe that an holistic approach to complimentary health care is a gateway to health and harmony, and creates a wonderful sense of welibeing, peace and calm It is well document that at least 70% of all  illness are stress related.

An holistic approach to complimentary health care is in addition to your conventional health care and not instead of. The holistic approach considers the mind, body, spirit and environmental factors and not just the symptom.

For example, a client who suffers from regular headaches and takes pain blocking medication, this is treating the symtom not treating the cause. The holistic approach is to try and find the cause of the headaches and then treat the cause.

The treatments are offered on a mobile bassis, I can carry them out in the comfort of your own home, your place of work, at a gym etc at a time and place mutually convenient.

I treat all my clients as unique individuals in a warm, caring and compassionate manner. All client information is confidential and will not be passed to a third party without the client's written permission.

I will be adding information with regard to foot care. Feet are the most neglected part of the body. The reason is because the foot is one of the least seen parts of the body, it's not glamorous and is rarely gets shown off. Foot problems can be very painful and at times can make your life miserable. A simple foot care routine can help to prevent a number of foot problems and prevent them from becoming pain full.
