Congratulations to Connaire Harrison on his well deserved award as South Down player of the year and to our club for receiving a Chairman's award at the South Down presentations on Friday Night.
Correction of error in last week's notes Club AGM will take place on Monday 14th December at 8.00 pm in the Clubrooms .All members please attend. Great News Emmet Devlin has committed himself to manage the Senior Squad for next year.
A brilliant night was had at youth group on Friday night for the kids. Massive thank you to Donna whose session of "Relax Kids" was fantastic.
The kids loved the "Elf" names Donna gave them and the lovely wee treats at the end of the session went down well. Thank you so much Donna, we look forward to seeing you again in the New Year!
After the "Relax Kids" session the kids had their toast and juice then young volunteers Orla and Tara played games with them. They then had some entertainment from the very talented Naimh and Amiee whose "rapping" was thoroughly enjoyable.
This Friday night the kids from P6 and up will have their much anticipated Christmas Shopping trip. The minibus will leave from the clubrooms at 6pm. To help get into the Christmas spirit we want all of you to wear your Christmas jumper or hat! See you on Friday night.
On Saturday the Eire Og U-12s will have their End of Year trip to The Sheepbridge Family Entertainment Centre in Newry for a game of Bowling and some dinner. The minibus will leave from the Halfway at 3pm and Pat's Road at 3.10pm.
The Glasdrumman U-6's, U-8's and U-10's will have their End of Year trip to Cocos on Sunday morning at 11am.
Text messages with arrangements for both trips will be sent out during the week.
