Welcome to Gillydog Cards!

Gillydog cards was first inspired by my rescue greyhound Gilly and her love of the beach -  she loves Anglesey, particularly the vast, open beaches around Newborough and Rhosneigr, where she races on the sand and through the shallows. Being inspired to try and capture her excitement and sheer joy has combined my love of dogs with photography, and has also led to further challenges of photographing many other dogs, big and small.

I have been inspired by seeing other photographers work on rescue sites, and as Gilly was a rescue dog I try to use my cards to support them and all the good work they do. I donate 10% of all profits to Sighthounds Online, an organisation which is dedicated to dedicated to helping abused and neglected greyhounds and lurchers in the UK and abroad. I also donate my cards to online auctions to raise money for other rescues.

I am also inspired by other subjects for my greetings cards - land and seascapes, the produce on our allotment, flowers, and anything else of interest!
