Civil Service Mr. B. Ryan.

The Committee has, as an act of grace, and without admission of liability, granted Mr. Ryan of the Northern Rhodesia Civil Service, a sum of £23.10.0 [2023 value £2,187] towards the cost of his medical expenses in England
Mr. Ryan was injured whilst evicting a reedbuok which had taken refuge in his office for the night.
