Well done to all the Garda AC members who participated in the Dunboyne 4m on Sunday March 27th.   A new course has resulted in faster times and the Dunboyne 4m is definitely one of the country's premier 4 mile events.  Irishrail have jumped on board this year as the primary sponsor and among the Garda AC runners who steamed through the course were: Jason Miley 22:17, Karl McKenna 24:20, Bill Egan 24:51, Damian Gannon 24:52, Declan Monaghan 25:23, Brian Brunton 25:55, Kevin Grogan 26:57, Martin Ryan 29:10, Barry Malone 31:04, Eimer McVeigh 32:40, Dave Lynch 34:09, Hugh Reddy 34:46, Ronan Murphy 36:22, Valerie Browne 40:00 and John Murphy 47:15.
