On Sunday morning November 7th, Jason Miley, John Griffin and Karl McKenna flew the AGS flag at the Alive Outside Duathlon in the Phoenix Park.  Despite the promised stormy weather the athletes were greeted by a cold, bright morning which was ideal for racing.  Jason Miley produced a great performance finishing 3rd overall and within 21 seconds of the winner in 40:43.  Karl McKenna rowed in with a time of 43:16 which earned him 10th position, and  John Griffin completed the team, posting 44:27 for 16th place out of 141 finishers.
